Although it serves as a booking engine, the app is full of juicy extras like travel tips, hidden hotel gems, and area information customized to the discerning traveler.

The Ritz-Carlton has created an app that acts as a local guide and private concierge, dishing out meaningful and relevant travel tips, itinerary suggestions, and interesting tidbits that you might not find otherwise. With a built-in QR code scanner (it’s like a scavenger hunt!) and GPS locater feature, the app can detect nearby Ritz-Carlton properties and customize itself appropriately. You can even access any resort’s activity calendar and track your Ritz-Carlton Rewards points from the app.
