Consider cruise lines “on board” with the food and mixology craze. Recent refurbishments throughout the industry have included new one–of–a–kind dining experiences, in an attempt to move away from the typical buffets and set dining times. Princess is debuting two new restaurants, SHARE by celebrity chef Curtis Stone, and The Salty Dog Gastropub by Ernesto Uchimura. Norwegian’s fine dining restaurants, Le Bistro and Le Cucina have brand new menus, with a focus on classic French and Italian favorites, respectively. Lastly, Holland America Line has a new Gallery Bar with cocktails and food designed by James Beard Award winner, Dale DeGroff.
