Beginning in 2017, Delta Air Lines will add an upgraded premium-economy cabin on its new Airbus A350 wide body aircraft. The new premium economy seats will be distinctly different from current seats; the seats will include extra legroom, a steeper recline, and an increased width, as well as new leg rests and other seat upgrades. Customers will also get to enjoy service enhancements, such as priority check-in and upgraded in-flight dining options. Currently, American Airlines is the only other US carrier to offer this premium economy as a completely separate cabin class.
