Westlight, William Vale, Brooklyn: While Manhattan has plenty of great rooftop bars to choose from, one of our favorite places lies across the river in Williamsburg. The 22nd-floor bar at the William Vale provides sweeping views of Manhattan’s extensive skyline that pair well with snacks by NYC Chef Andrew Carmellini.
